There were some issues with the heater and a couple of other things, and she has been on top of that for me by contacting numerous parties to get it resolved.

She showed us all comps first, then stuck with us through our purchase with the builder, came each week to take pictures of our build progress, attended our weekly update meetings with the site manager, went through pre-drywall inspection, reviewed all builder paperwork, took a video during the inspection. I wasn't sure what I needed or wanted to do. Margaret never needled me to sell or not to sell. She didn't flood me with impatient phone calls to see if I was ready to buy and sell.
